TERMS OF ENROLLMENT AND STUDENT’S CODE OF CONDUCT
- Allotment of Batch & Session is at the sole discretions of the CLOUDSYNERGY Management.
- CloudSynergy reserves the right to modify the program curriculum, schedule, or instructors as needed. We’ll provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. The training timings would be from 07:00 to 19:00 hrs. students should be available for these slots.
- Minimum 90% attendance for all classroom sessions is compulsory.
- Assessments: To progress through the program, you need to successfully complete assessments with a minimum score of 85%.
- 80% of mock interviews is mandatory to ensure you’re well-prepared and confident for real interviews.
- Course fee payment: The program fee will be divided into three instalments. The first instalment is due upon enrolment, with subsequent instalments following every 20 working days. Due Fee Payments shall be Cleared within 20 days cycle from time of fist payment.
- The Management has the right to change the batch schedule, Sub-divide Batches or Increase or decrease the number of lectures as per requirement of Syllabus.
- Student is expected to behave in a decent manner with the centre staff members and fellow batch mates. Any act of indiscipline or in-decent behaviour will result into student getting terminated from the course and all other services committed at the time of enrolments without any notice issued to the student in that regard. CLOUD SYNERGY management’s decision will be final and binding in this case.
- Any change in contact details submitted by the student at the time of enrolments should be communicated by the student in writing to the centre manager or counsellor.
- Student at the time of enrolments will have to submit 3 coloured passport size photographs. These photographs will be used on all Printed Materials/Online and Print Advertisements/ Official Stationery Material of CLOUD SYNERGY.
- The student is liable to pay the Government Service Tax / GST apart from the course fee on all payment receipts issued to him.
- Once the course fees is paid by the student then it will be not be refunded or transferred in any circumstances.
- The student hereby understands that CLOUD SYNERGY is not a placement consultancy but a Training academy and does not promise any Job offer or Guarantee to any of its student who enrols for any of CLOUD SYNERGY’s programs.
- Cloud Synergy will support you throughout your job search. We will assist with resume writing, interview preparation, providing mock interviews, and sharing interview questions. We’ll also guide you on various methods and platforms to maximize your job applications
